Change of brand, from Mercer to Aptia.
As of January 1, 2024, Aptia UK Limited (Aptia) acquired Mercer’s UK pension administration business. This means that Aptia will now be taking care of your pension benefits, so you may notice that things might look a little different than what you have been used to.
Aptia is in the process of rebranding all their communications. Therefore, any information you have been used to seeing from Mercer, you will start seeing it from Aptia, including any regular or ad-hoc communications, plus the online contact portal you use to contact them.
Please be assured this change has not, and will not, impact the service you receive from the administrator, nor does it impact your benefits in the Scheme.
