Your new online portal OneView 

We’re pleased to let you know that your new member portal, OneView, is now live, giving you access to your pension benefits anywhere, anytime! 

You’ll shortly receive your registration details from Aptia, the Scheme’s administrator, along with instructions about how to activate your account. Please read these carefully. If we hold your email address, your registration details will be sent via email, if not you will receive a letter.  Once you’ve received these details, you can activate your account.

OneView is replacing Benpal as the secure member portal for the Safeway Pension Scheme. Benpal will no longer available after 31 October 2024. 

Access to Benpal 

Whilst the registration details are being issued, you may experience a period of downtime where you can’t access Benpal and are not yet able to log in to OneView.  

If you would like to manage your pension before you receive your registration details, please do contact Aptia who will be able to help you during this period.
